Checklists on your phone

Your opening and closing checklists live in an app you install once. It keeps working with no signal, and it records who did what.

Open the app →

Or scan, if you're on a computer

Step 1 — Sign in

There is no password. Type your work email address and you will be sent a six-digit code. Enter it and you are in, and you stay signed in for a month.

No code arriving? Check your junk folder first. If it is still not there, your email has not been added yet — ask a manager.

Step 2 — Add it to your home screen

Do this once. After that you tap the icon like any other app and never go through a browser again.

iPhone

Use Safari
  1. Open the link in Safari
  2. Tap the share button — the box with an arrow pointing up, in the bottom bar
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. Tap Add
It must be Safari. Chrome on an iPhone saves a bookmark instead of the app, and that will not work without signal.

Android

Use Chrome
  1. Open the link in Chrome
  2. Tap the menu, top right
  3. Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen
  4. Confirm

Chrome often offers to install it by itself — if a bar slides up asking, say yes.

Step 3 — Check it worked

Look for this icon on your home screen. Tap it — the app should fill the screen with no address bar. If you see a small picture of a web page instead, it saved a bookmark: delete it and try again in Safari.

Using it on shift

Where are my checklists?
Under My Today. They appear once a manager assigns them for the shift. If it is empty, check the location at the top is the restaurant you are working, then ask your manager.
Tap to tick, tap again to untick.
You can change anything until you sign. Once you sign, the list is locked — that is what signing means.
What if there is no signal?
Keep going. In the walk-in or out back your ticks save on the phone and send themselves when you are back in range, and a note tells you how many are waiting. Signing does need signal.
What does signing do?
It certifies that you did the items you ticked. Your name and the time are recorded, so sign at the end, once the list is actually finished.
